Who comes to coaching and why?

Coaching is for anyone who is seeking to understand themselves and their circumstances more fully and wants to better navigate or improve some aspect of their life, personal or professional. Previous clients are people just like you — moms, dads, entrepreneurs, executives, teachers, artists, writers, recent college graduates, soon-to-be retirees, caregivers, and more:

  • A career government employee explored her doubts, fears, and resistance to change, worked on dissolving some of her limiting beliefs, and is now embracing her next chapter—RETIREMENT!

  • An unemployed client sorted through fear, overwhelm, and nervous system shutdown so he could take specific steps to jumpstart a new career path. He is now applying for jobs that energize and excite him.

  • A dedicated parent and high achiever learned to better manage anxiety, lead with more confidence and integrity, and find better balance between work and home life.

  • A teacher and artist found the courage to move on from a job that did not fulfill her. She identified and got her dream job for more money and more joy.

  • A concerned daughter improved her relationship with her aging father and learned specific strategies for handling the conflicts that had prevented them from being close.

If you are ready to talk openly and honestly, explore your thoughts and beliefs, and invest in yourself, you will benefit from coaching.
