My coaching integrates evidence-based coaching practices with nervous system science and mind–body awareness.
Many people try to solve complex life challenges only through thinking and analysis. While insight is valuable, lasting change also requires working with the nervous system, emotional patterns, and internal narratives that shape how we respond to stress and uncertainty.
My training and background as a yoga and mindfulness teacher give me an additional set of tools to work with, and you will benefit from strengthening your mind-body connection and somatic awareness.
I also bring a wide range of real-world experience to this work—from creative industries to startups to mission-driven organizations. I understand firsthand the complexities of pursuing meaningful work while navigating practical realities like leadership challenges, financial pressures, and major life transitions.
Clients often tell me they appreciate the combination of practical insight, emotional depth, and grounded support that my coaching provides.

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and move forward in ways that feel aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.
Our work together creates space to slow down, reflect, and explore the challenges and opportunities in front of you. And we’ll do so with curiosity, honesty, and support. I come with no agenda and no judgement. Just an intention to provide a safe space for you to flourish and useful tools to help you achieve your objectives.
In our sessions, we may explore:
What is currently feeling stuck or uncertain.
The patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back.
The values and motivations guiding your choices.
How your nervous system responds to stress, pressure, or fear.
Practical steps that will help you move forward with clarity and momentum.
Along the way, you’ll learn to:
Regulate your nervous system during stress or uncertainty.
Work skillfully with fear, self-doubt, and inner criticism.
Strengthen focus, creativity, and decision-making.
Take aligned action toward meaningful goals.
-
Clients often describe our sessions as a place where they can:
Think more clearly.
Feel understood without judgment.
Reconnect with their deeper intentions.
Leave with both insight and practical next steps.
I bring curiosity, warmth, humor, and honesty to the coaching relationship. My role is not to give advice or prescribe the “right” path, but to help you uncover your own clarity and strengthen the internal resources needed to move forward.

I’m glad you asked this question!
Helping you determine what you want to get out of it is part of my job as your coach, and as we work together, you will gain more and more clarity around that. You will also notice that having a strong sense of what you are trying to accomplish provides clarity and creates momentum. This might be identifying what it will feel like and/or look like, knowing the tangible next action step or experiencing a shift in perspective.
Each session, I will lead you to determine what you want to get out of our session.
The overall goal of coaching isn’t just solving a single problem, however. It’s also about helping you develop the awareness, resilience, and confidence to navigate future challenges with greater ease.
Over time, you will find that you are able to:
Trust yourself more deeply.
Tolerate uncertainty with greater calm.
Make decisions with confidence
Sustain creative and meaningful work without losing yourself in the process.

While coaching and therapy do have similarities, they are not the same. Therapy tends to focus on treating mental health disorders and addressing past experiences, while coaching centers your present and future, helping you set and achieve specific objectives and goals.
Expect to spend time on some of the big C's of coaching that shift your mindset, build new habits, and lead to lasting transformation:
Curiosity
Compassion
Connection
Courage
Clarity
Confidence

Who comes to coaching and why?
Coaching is for anyone who is seeking to understand themselves and their circumstances more fully and wants to better navigate or improve some aspect of their life, personal or professional. Previous clients are people just like you — moms, dads, entrepreneurs, executives, teachers, artists, writers, recent college graduates, soon-to-be retirees, caregivers, and more:
A career government employee explored her doubts, fears, and resistance to change, worked on dissolving some of her limiting beliefs, and is now embracing her next chapter—RETIREMENT!
An unemployed client sorted through fear, overwhelm, and nervous system shutdown so he could take specific steps to jumpstart a new career path. He is now applying for jobs that energize and excite him.
A dedicated parent and high achiever learned to better manage anxiety, lead with more confidence and integrity, and find better balance between work and home life.
A teacher and artist found the courage to move on from a job that did not fulfill her. She identified and got her dream job for more money and more joy.
A concerned daughter improved her relationship with her aging father and learned specific strategies for handling the conflicts that had prevented them from being close.
If you are ready to talk openly and honestly, explore your thoughts and beliefs, and invest in yourself, you will benefit from coaching.
